In just 4 simple steps you can quickly and easily make a booking through our system whenever you want - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. First check availability then simply fill out the required fields to make the booking until you are directed to the payment gateway where the transaction is made or your credit card details are sent to our booking department for manual processing.

The international standard procedure regulates room or apartment availability from midday on the day of arrival. In the case of hotels and small apartment groups, guests can check out of rooms at midday, in which case they have to be cleaned and may not be ready for the next arrival until approximately 15:00pm. Please bear this in mind if you expect to arrive before midday.
Check-out:
Guests must check out of their rooms no later than 12pm on their day of departure. This is particularly important if your return flight is during the night and you do not intend leaving your hotel/apartment until late evening or perhaps even after midnight. You may arrive in the early morning and occupy your room immediately. This then counts as your first night. On the departure day you may have a long wait before leaving the resort for the airport.
When will payment be taken?
The time required to process and charge your card varies from country to country. It may take 5 days before the transaction appears on your account. The balance due is payable upon arrival at the establishment.
What is your cancellation policy?
1.- When a booking is cancelled One Ibiza Suites is entitled to retain the following percentage from the deposit or down-payment made at the time of booking:
a) 100% of the cost of the first night will be charged when cancelling within three days of arrival to the establishment.
Pursuant to the order dated 15 September 1978 governing the price system and booking for accommodation. (Official State Gazette BOE 20 September).
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY EMAIL.
